Considering the prohibitive QB contract we just inked I would expect they are stuck here 1 more year. They had the chance to get their own guy at QB and refused. They hitched their wagon. Jones's deal is effectively 2 years with an out after that so any major changes would likely coincide with that.

Numerous drops in first half, guess JD is supposed to throw and go out and catch it also. Another interception off SB hands so I guess that was part of DJs bad 1st half too. Is a QB going to be perfect all the time, of course not, but DJ has to according to some people. The issue should be did he show up in crunch time like the good ones do? It feels like they're playing at half speed with zero intensity. They're getting pushed all over the field and don't seem to care that they are being humiliated. No pride at all it seems.
And the coaching feels like they do nothing all week.
They’ve fundamentally miscalculated the talent on the team on the back of last year. I imagine they went into that year ready to clear Jones and Barkley out and didn’t that’s the fundamental mistake.
I give them some latitude on the Neal pick, as it seemed a no brainer and some of their other picks have been decent enough but they miscalculated on the QB and paid the RB too much even on a one year rental. This should have been the rebuilding year instead we went pretty far in with an overrated roster.

Jones isn't processing well. He's definitely not seeing some open receivers. Taking a sack at the end of the half was also bad, and he badly underthrew Slayton.
Barkley has no holes to run, but allowing another pass to bounce of his hands was inexcusable.
There is no pressure by the DL. KT is AWOL. He's being easily blocked by one man. Dobbs had plenty of time to throw.
The run defense is also porous. Ward is being washed out in the run game and we can't set the edge.
Pinnock was killed by Ertz.
Bad coaching by Daboll to waste a TO on that sill challenge on the pass to Moore, and then not calling a TO at about 1:50 was also poor.
This is likely the worst team in the league. Outscored 60-0 in six quarters, and after adding Waller, Campbell, and Hyatt.

Jones has enough physical skills to be a good NFL Qb, he’s just slow at processing. A lot of the problem is we’ve taken the kiddy wheels off the defense , or teams have adapted to what we did last year so Jones is having to actually work through reads and feel pressure and he simply can’t.
Even most of the balls he’s completed are late to the middle of the field

We drafted Will Hernandez and he fit the bill. He just couldn't play - at least until today against us.

Numerous drops in first half, guess JD is supposed to throw and go out and catch it also. Another interception off SB hands so I guess that was part of DJs bad 1st half too. Is a QB going to be perfect all the time, of course not, but DJ has to according to some people. The issue should be did he show up in crunch time like the good ones do? He was magnificent in the clutch.
