Well, one of the few good things about this woebegone season is that Dexter Lawrence has had a very good year continuing from 2022. He's probably the best nose tackle in the league right now (we should probably get some help for him though), and I doubted his utility as a player. Now why we didn't place him there at NT earlier?

play outside because he didn't have the quickness to get into the backfield.

When they drafted him I hoped he'd reach Vita Vea's level as a NT

...instead Shurmur and Judge played him at 3-4 DE, what the actual F. Totally wasted his talents.

Well now he's exceeded Vita Vea by a wide margin.
