You caught me.... Sunday evenings, I usually listen to Bluegrass Jamboree on the Internet Radio. It's a good way to wind down the weekend.
Some songs I've never heard before, and may never hear again. But I find myself tapping my foot to a few of these licks. Get yer Banjo on - ( New Window )
Pink Skies - the man can write about nostalgia, reverence, and death (among other topics).
Easily my favorite artist from the past 2 decades.

Great song
I don't think I go a day without listening to "She's Alright" by Zach Bryan. If you have ever lost someone that you were close to, I don't see how you can listen to this song and not just completely relate to him losing his mom.
He is really good at putting feelings into words - plus if you don't care about the lyrics the song is catchy too.
These two lines really nail it:
Quote:
...And I still recall the night you're heading home
You were fighting so hard, I knew you couldn't be alone
Your hand in my hand, I knew I had to be a man from that night on
And I'll tell you all these stories one day
And we'll laugh like we used to and waste the night away
You'll say, "Boy, how I've missed ya, " but son, I was with you this whole time...

Same.
I remember you mentioning you were seeing him at Gillette IIRC. Were you at the show with the pouring rain? Some of those videos looked really cool.
