This is going to be the issue. We have a serviceable starting 5 on the OL but we lack quality depth. One or two injuries and we’re back to last season all over again.
playing musical chairs with the OL he and we are cooked. I doubt he goes that route. If Joe's contingency plans (1B) fall apart like plan 1A (which I listed both as 1# because same with Neal as it is with Jones be prepared for an injury) I'd start tossing some seasoning on Joe as well because with a bad OL the O will still be subpar even with Nabers being a good "rookie" and RBBC will more than likely fail.
It’s also interesting that free agent addition Aaron Stinnie, who signed a two year deal with the Giants in March, will step in at left guard instead of 2022 third round pick Joshua Ezeudu. Stinnie, 30, started 11 games at left guard for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2023.
Maybe I'm wrong about Ezeudu. He was one of my favorite draft picks in 2022. Bummer, but maybe there's more to the shuffling than meets the eye.
Q: How far away is (Offensive Tackle) Evan (Neal)?
A: He’s not far. He’s not far. He’s been working hard all summer. Yeah, he's been working hard all summer. He's been doing everything he can to get back on the field. And, again, we're going to communicate with our trainers and strength staff. When he’s ready to go, then he’ll be out there.

We can see what's coming next, can't we? We know its coming that this is not Daniel Joens fault. The Teflon Dan is already peeking his head out and we might have to hear over-and-over the same excuse-making next year that we heard this year.
We have a mediocre QB at best and we're gonna give him a mediocre OL with a mediocre / subpar RB with a poor TE crew, and while the Defense is good but not great, and this is looking like long-term success?
Wouldn't it had stood to reason that with all the above factors that you would have tried to build the trenches first on Offense and Defense a bit more even if you didn't draft a QB?
Rd 1 WR
RD 2 Safety
Rd 3 CB
Rd 4 TE
Rd 5 RB
Okay with WR rd 1 -- but ALL the others just IGNORED The Trenches by either getting a stud defensivley or a talented OL to fill the 1st inevitbale spot for injury. The OL coach and Ezeudu had better be ready.
He is down now.
So it's Plan A.
This means they’re taking Neal out of the starting RT spot and he’ll have to win it back.

And this is a guy who didn't miss a game in the last two years! Can't make this crap up.
I mean that'll do it ... lol
The tackle we signed from the Lions probably.
Eluemunor does have RT experience, he played there all last season for the Raiders.

Anybody here have any RT experience?

I don’t think it’s the yips. I think he just stinks
