Exactly - they are employed to talk about the team - and that would include commenting when they play poorly - which they did expotentially on Sunday.
If you're going to sit there and defend the Cowboys after that, why have a show?
And Jones doesn't have to be happy about it - he could have pulled a lot of cards - but to say he'd get rid of them was just acting like the rich asshole he probably is.

I can’t stand Jones, but calling that “jeering at” is a pretty big leap into someone’s mind and intent all from a photo. Looks like a kid in the crowd watching a tense situation , I don’t know how you can read what’s in his mind in that moment
