Ideas are scary!
In all fairness, there really is almost no exchange of ideas. It’s mostly just sad, stupid people posting things anonymously that they would never say out loud for fear of being shunned and mocked.
It wasn't like twitter was the beacon of truth before it became X

I closed my account three months ago.
And he's pretty clearly come off the fence as to where he stands politically and is using X or Twitter to forward his agenda.

but don’t conflate your view on it with reality. If you want carefully curated moderation there are plenty of other platforms to give you that.
While I don’t use it unless I’m linked to it, X is a great platform for sports and entertainment news. If you are looking for something more than that, you are probably on the wrong platform.

Agreed, or looking for some laughs - people are very creative for sure!
It was a cesspool before Musk and continues to be. The only difference now is the owner in instances readily participates in the pool.

I think it's great. One feed I follow posted this image yesterday. I couldn't tell if Joseph Stalin was a Giants fan or if he'd just been informed the Germans had invaded the Soviet Union.
The Giants/any sports team is also what you make of it.
