Unlike Wink, who ran all kinds of crazy exotic blitzes, Bowen is getting pressure the vast majority of time just running stunts.
Chatman has really been one of the keys to the success with those stunts. He is so unbelievably quick for a DT that he does a great job of getting upfield and occupying the OG/OC and freeing up the rusher (usually Dex) on the stunt.
So while he's not getting the sacks himself, he deserves a good deal of credit for the success we've had rushing the QB and Bowen deserves a lot of credit in identifying and utilizing Chatman's unique skill set.

He does not have the size or length to hold up. He can stunt and maybe cause a little disruption sure but that's why when Dex goes out everything goes to shit.

Is he a full time player, no?
I'm just saying he makes solid contributions that sometimes don't show up on the stat sheet
a) I don't know that a 278lb dt trying to block d-lineman or LBs is that much of a load
b) I think he can have a role as a DT but I think he's better suited to be a 3rd down/obvious passing situations player as opposed to an everydown player.
