It's amazing the level of talent they have and how they've been able to translate that into extraordinary playoff success. Their scouts and coaching staff have been the envy of the league for a decade. Everyone is always clamoring for the Cleveland head coaching gig simply because the rest of the organization is so good, any coach is automatically guaranteed 2-3 playoff wins.
