WR Tavarres King

Postgame vs. New England, September 1, 2016

Q: Three touchdowns in the last two games. You must know what is about to happen?

A: You know, I still don’t know what is going to happen. Like I said, it is my job to keep playing at 110 percent and let the chips fall where they may.

Q: Do you feel like you have put together a good body of work throughout OTAs, minicamp and training camp to make this a tough decision on the front office?

A: I would like to think so. I am a guy that has just kept his head down and done everything that was asked of me. Kept it positive the whole way through, so hopefully all of that plays into my favor.

Q: Can you take us through that catch and run tonight?

A: Yeah, it was just a little inside slant. They had man across the board. We had double slants on and I caught it and it was kind of a foot race for me to get safe into the end zone.

Q: You have gone through this with a different organization, but you feel like you really put it together, just in terms of how much you have learned. Do you think this has been your best offseason?

A: Certainly. Without a doubt in my mind, it is. I feel extremely comfortable here, I feel extremely comfortable in this offense. The comradery I have with these guys is just different, so yeah, I feel really comfortable.

Q: What are these next couple of days is going to be like for you?

A: They are always nerve racking. You don’t want anyone calling your phone or anything like that. I am just going to kick back, relax and try to take my mind off of everything.

Q: What do you think you can bring to the Giants?

A: Just what you see. I feel like I am somebody that can take the top off of defenses. I feel like I have been pretty good underneath and in the slot, just a number of things. I am pretty versatile.
