Watched a few Friday night.
- Oasis - I was wondering who from Game of Thrones was going to branch out first (other than those already famous). Could be one of the better new sci-fi shows out there?
- The Legend of Master Legend - didn’t grab me. Some people will love it, just not my thing.
- The New VIPs - I liked the Life and Times of Tim, but like this, I don’t see it lasting. Too niche of an audience and after seeing some of the reviews, some people are pissed off at Amazon for making a show with dick jokes.
Anyone seen any of the other new ones?
Agree on both. Mad Dogs was entertaining. Sneaky Pete wasn’t bad either. The wife loves The Man in the High Castle but I couldn’t get hooked. A lot of people like Transparent too. I do want to try Patriot at some point.
I second Mozart in the Jungle. The relatively short episode length make it easy to get into, and though the pacing may not be to everyone's liking, I actually really appreciate the episodes in which very little actually "happens," aside from watching characters interact in ways that are entertaining and interesting.
Plus, Hailey is hot.
