He had him ranked as his #1 QB for his previous rankings 1 and 2. The 2nd version being after the combine.
Why all of the sudden does he drop to #4???
He watches every Notre Dame game, so it can't be because of the "tape" can it? DO these pro days really clarify things that much more than the tape and combine? If so, he really needs to explain why the "sudden" change.
He's basically a much more athletic version of Will Tye. He's not much of a blocker at this point, and he's a little undersized, fast and quick and great after the catch though.

every year is different. As a Gator fan, I've had the pleasure to watch Davis and Brantley a whole lot and they are both fantastic fast twitch athletes that I would love seeing in blue.

He did explain it last night on NFL Network. He said he believes Kizer is further away from starting in the NFL than he originally believed. Still needs to work on mechanics, etc. But he also said that he still has the highest ceiling of all the QBs in the draft.
Good stuff, especially for those of us who can't keep up with it all -- showing weaknesses and strengths in the draft and relative prospects of players in different positions.
But it isn't Engram. It is Everett.

My question for Mayock would be why he relegates Chidobe Awuzie to nickel?
Still prefer Cunningham to Davis but if Davis checks out medically and it's just dings and not anything serious, he'd be great too.
Hey, at least I didn't leave out the a.
Small hands is his big negative.
I would much rather an OL player in Rd 2.
I can live with Rd 1
I'm stoked.
DT,Edge Rushers, CB. Also many good TEs and RBs as complimentary players.
Unfortunately, the OL crop, especially tackle, is very weak.
They better get a couple Oline guys in day 3 though.
But can he stay healthy for 5 minutes in the NFL? The guy comes with a load of injuries.
Too bad, because this dude hits real hard!
