I am in the process of cleaning out my attic and found boxes of old comics, DC, Marvel, Star Trek and more. Some of which the price was only $.10. They are in fairly good condition. One was a 3D Superman comic with the 3D glasses inside. I believe it was the only issue of its kind.
Is there a reputable site I can go to get get an idea as the value of these?
Many places want them professionally rated. I found the cost of that too high for mine since I am not sure the value, but I am not going to pay even 50 cents (It is way higher) to have a comic rated, sealed and labeled if it is only worth 25 cents.
The first thing for you to do is give a look. Is the cover creased, how is the binding. Are the pages in good shape and is the color bright type things. Think Mint, near mint, etc. Prices vary wildly based on those factors.
Silver and Golden Age is what they want 80's and back before mass marketed comics came about. Also, when I wanted to get rid of my collection I wanted to clear the whole thing, but dealers want to pick and pull what they want and won't touch the bulk of it. So, pull out your best comics, walk into a dealer and ask him to give an idea (you can go online and get an idea where he should be). But, for the most part, don't go by total value since you will never see it.
My collection in total was worth about $250-500K and I was able to barter it for a high end kitchen from my contractor.
Good luck, I look forward to hearing how you did.

First appearance of the Punisher?
As others have said, most from the early 90s don't have much value I think. Keep in mind most buyers are likely looking to resell at a profit, so will lowball you. Best bet is to look for an interested collector...eBay is likely a good route to get an idea of value
My best book was Tales of Suspense 39, the original appearance of Iron Man. Mine was in average condition, sold it for $400 years ago to a dealer...needed some extra cash for a vacation with my buddies.
Wish I could have that one back - estimated value of that one in average condition is $3000-$6000 now

Yes
if you have a really valuable one in good condition , it might be worth it to send to professional grading service
this will increase value of comic
Then I started collecting Comics statues from Sideshow and Bowen Designs.

I've recently (within the last 2 years) gotten into collecting Sideshow statues as well. Talk about an addicting hobby, I want every one that I see.
Sounds like you could have some gems in there from the 70s and older, good luck with the effort!
Superman 3D, Flash v Superman in a race, Batman kills Robin,Superman v Justice League.
I'm getting excited!!
A couple copies of The Flash #175 sold within the past month in the $11-$16 dollar range.
Unless you've got some really key issues, like the first appearance of a character, for example Spiderman #129 as mentioned in this thread, I think you'll find that most of your books will vary in range from about $5 to $20 to the right buyer.
That's why it's hard to judge value without seeing a list of the numbered issues you have. As others have said, it's hard to sell an entire collection to a dealer, they just want to pick over what you have and only take the good stuff.
It's an awesome find, though. I love stuff like that. Forgotten collections. I'd love to see what's in there.

Keep well and thanks again for the input.
They are in date order. The ones on top are the oldest. The Thor issue is the one the first movie was based on introducing the Destroyer.
I have others that are less main stream such as Archie, Three Stooges, some old Mad magazines etc.
My advice, before you sell anything, get all your comics cataloged and priced on that site. That way you can use use the "Your Collection" tab as you main reference when selling.
Remove any comics worth more than $10 from your main collection, you'll want to sell them separately.
Now you should have a ton of comics left in the $0.00 to $9.99 range and you'll want to sell them in bulk just to get rid of them and get better value (especially when bundled with those worthless comics).
How do you pan to sell them, online or comics store? There are benefits to both, personally, when selling in bulk, I'd rather go to a local comics store and ask them how much for the whole collection. They will low ball you but I'd be worth it to get rid of ALL that non-valuable comics and not hassle with shipping costs and packaging items to mail with that eBay route.
If they ask you if you know what's in your collection, play dumb and say it was your nephew's and you want to get a good price for all of them in bulk. I've seen to have gotten better pricing from them this way.
As for the comics worth north of $10, eBay would be your best route. First order is to get plastic bags and boards for every comic you want to sell. Place every comic with it's own plastic and board and tape the back with scotch tape. Once done with that, go to eBay and do a test run and put up an auction on a $10-20 comic. Just to get the process down and learn from it and tweak it as you go with the rest of your collection.
Hope all this helped. Good Luck!

Seems like it could damage it and impact the value.

Put the scotch tape the outside plastic bag, with the comic and board inside it. =)

but I've been around sports cards and coins for a long time, are you sure you should put scotch tape directly on the back of a comic book?

I see. Yeah, for most vintage sports cards I'd do the same, put them in a hard plastic protector and then in a soft plastic sleeve with tape to seal it.
