NFT: issue with firefox

For the second time in a month, I am having trouble with the site on Firefox. It says I am not logged in. I login and my password is not recognized. I successfully reset my password and I'm still not logged in. I deleted the cookies for the site and try logging in; still nothing. On Chrome, I logged in with no problem (this is being posted in Chrome). But, my browser of preference is Firefox.

Whas OS?

did you try uninstalling and reinstalling FF?

If so, this might be your only option.

Now I'm logged in. When it happened last month, I tired a few times to reset my password. It was successful, but I was never logged in. But, on some screens I would see my login, IP address, etc. After deleting cookies and re-opening the browser I was fine, until today.

Now, I am logged in and using Firefox again. I think the last time, though was a Saturday at home and this is at work, so it is different machines, OS, etc. It is not unique to a single PC. either way, as I said, I am fine now.

I have no end of trouble with it.

One thing I suggest is clicking on the logout link a couple times. That manually clears all the BBI cookies.
