The Cowboys (Todd Archer), Redskins (John Keim), Eagles (Tim McManus), and Giants (Jordan Raanan) ESPN Beat writers seem to be split between Dallas and New York...
Three of them say both the Cowboys and the Giants make the playoffs
Who will win the division?

Cowboys 9-7
Skins 8-8
Eagles 5-11
I see the Cowboys trying to hold off the Skins, rather than trying to keep up with the Giants

But if we get off to that 5-0 start that I'm believing in as we are a veteran team without many changes, well, 12-4 and the division is easily within reach.
So hard to guess this early. After the 4th pre-season game, when we know the lineups & injuries, we can predict for fun.

Philly isn't bad enough to lose 11 games, imo
better defense, good OL, added a lot to their WR corp ... if wentz develops, they could be a problem
Skins won't suck. Dallas will be good. How good? Giants will be good. How good? I think if you played the 2017 season out 10 times with injury luck being equal you would have NYG and Dallas winning the east more often than not.
I'll always go with the better defensive team. Dallas was better last year but not by very much and the Giants matched up well with Dallas. They still match up well with Dallas and they closed the gap even if by just a little bit this offseason. I think the giants are the best team in the east. Still gotta go out there and take it.
Injuries and the schedule are my biggest concerns
That crew is light years better than the garbage he had last year ... their OL is solid ... and the defense has some great talent
Nothing about Dallas "scares" me - and their defense, especially week 1, is barely NFL caliber
RB in the NFL East. Dallas' O must be respected but their receivers are questionable, 2 OL positions are being filled by others, very little depth on O, and their D is devastated by personnel losses and suspensions and they have no pass rushers. So how anyone is predicting dallas as a contender is beyond me. This is a team game and lack of personnel in key positions is like a crater of disaster. Dallas can be set back by several years trying to rebuild that team.
We have to stay injury free, because there is a huge drop off in talent to the backups....
As for the TE's, I am counting on them helping the OL with blocking......we know they are going to be a big part of the offense this year, unlike last year....but if they can help out the Tackles with effective chip blocks, and still be a presence in the passing game, it makes our offense so much better...
Perkins is basically given the job......but after that what do you have? Nothing really.....Gallman is a rookie....we have no idea if he can assimilate the play book, block for Eli, hold onto the ball, catch the ball, or limit his rookie mistakes...he will be on a learning curve that may not show fruit until the second half of the season.......Vereen can't carry the load as a RB.....Darkwa can't stay out there more than one series, and yet the Giants keep bringing him back.....I still believe we need another back.....
dont think dak is a great qb. he did well with time and a great rushing attack, i dont see that happening again this season.
the eagles on the other hand may be better then projected. they have good receivers and a scary looking defensive front.
redskins are the redskins
i expect the giants to win the division by at least 2 games
are elite team in the division
Will go 12-4
Could reach 13 wins
Will win the division by 2 games
Uh huh...
Dallas will probably take a little step back. OL change, could Zeke get a suspension, D looks like it took a step back. Dak is the biggest question mark. If he is the same as last year or better Dallas is in for a big season again. Their O wins games. If Dak is a 1 year wonder they probably are in an 8-8 season.
Giants seem to always be an up and down team. When you think they will win they lose, when you think they will lose they win. How big of a loss is Hankins on D? We basically stayed the same except for Hankins. On O it mostly comes down to OL play. Seems like we are running out the same cast of characters. If they dont improve we will be in that 8-11 win range. Already seeing the lingering injury with our new TE addition Ellison. If he is out for an extended time we have the same cast plus a rookie. Can he be dominant in the NFL? I would say the Giants are a 10 win team. The division is improved and we will probably get 3-4 wins in the division.
Eagles should be improved. The D will help the O, they improved at WR. Is Wentz the real deal, thats the question. If he is its a 3 team race. Either way we will probably split with them.
Washington is a team that could contend. I am not sold on Cousins. I think they can win with him but he needs more pieces. They can still get between 7-9 wins and always play us tough. The division games will be fun to watch this year.
I think the order is
Dallas
Giants
Eagles
Washington
with 2 or possibly 3 teams making the playoffs.
