NFT: Does anyone have experiences booking through

LatHarv83 : 8/11/2017 6:25 pm
Recently purchased a couple tickets to fly to Palermo. Unfortunately the wife jumped at the great deal without doing much research. I've spent some of the free time Ive had the last couple days doing a deep dive into researching this company, and quite frankly I don't think I've ever seen a service so thoroughly criticized by review after review. The unanimity is pretty astounding. I'm just hoping all goes off without a hitch, and the airline itself seems to be assuring me there is no reason it shouldnt, but I've read many reviews that paint similar assurances only to have something go awry in the process. I'm just hoping I'm not going to be out a couple thousand dollars here. Any input is appreciated

if you've confirmed your reservations with the airline I'm not sure what there is to be concerned about.

Thanks for the reply...I seem to think it's that simple as well. But I've read several reviews stating this 3rd party agency has a penchant for cancelling flights on your behalf without your permission at the last moment and then hitting you with fees for said cancellations. I guess at this point all I can do is hope for the best. What's done is done. I guess from this point onward it's just best to book directly through the airline if for no other reason than to avoid the unnecessary worry this has dropped into my lap until we find out
ah ok

good luck, then. If everything goes smoothly, maybe you and your wife can leave a positive review

And usually undercut prices by taking out the commission they'd normally get from the price.

If you confirm the reservation with the airline there's no reason to really be worried
