Recently purchased a couple tickets to fly to Palermo. Unfortunately the wife jumped at the great deal without doing much research. I've spent some of the free time Ive had the last couple days doing a deep dive into researching this company, and quite frankly I don't think I've ever seen a service so thoroughly criticized by review after review. The unanimity is pretty astounding. I'm just hoping all goes off without a hitch, and the airline itself seems to be assuring me there is no reason it shouldnt, but I've read many reviews that paint similar assurances only to have something go awry in the process. I'm just hoping I'm not going to be out a couple thousand dollars here. Any input is appreciated
If you confirm the reservation with the airline there's no reason to really be worried
