I do not get a paper statements from Direct TV and sometimes don't go to the web site to look at them. Big mistake. I went to the web site to see how much the NHL Center Ice package is and looked at the last statement which appeared to be way too high.
I was charged $79.95 for a PPV fight that I never ordered. When I got on chat with a rep she started giving me a hard time. Said it was a telephone order. The only people in my household are me and the wife and neither of us would have called them to order a PPV fight. Eventually, I just said take care of this or I'm disconnecting my service.
Moral of the story. Check your statements every month.

It's the only reason I switched to them. Being able to get the Giants games on my phone when I'm away from home is big for me.
