The best thing for the team is to get a top 3 pick, as painful as it is. They don't need to try to tank, they are just bad, it will come naturally. All that's left now is the inevitable Eli injury and we get Geno. This is a 3-13 team right now.

Eli is done here. New GM and coach will not want to build around 37 year old QB especially when 2018 draft is strong on QB. And QB's don't sit and learn anymore they play day one like Winston, Mariota, Wentz etc.
