I was watching on TV and was surprised to see so many empty seats as the final Giants drive started. As much as they were shorthanded they still were in a position for a game winning drive. For those who were there: When did the crowd start to leave, after Odell was carted off or after the Chargers scored their last TD?
Not sure if anyone else at the stadium saw this, but during the Giants drive, after the Chargers took the lead, the video board scanned the Giants bench with the defense sitting there basically staring in disbelief. Until they got to Eli Apple. Our starting CB, who has been awful this year, was laughing, whispering and giggling like a schoolgirl to whoever was sitting next to him. That was when I left. Just completely disgusted.
