McAdoo said in today's presser that these guys are a great place to start.
Having said that, I'm probably going to lose it if we open in 11 personnel, with Lewis, Rudolph and King on the field, LaCosse inactive and Ellison/Adams on the bench.
I'd like us to be in 13 personnel as we should be putting our best playmakers on the field. I'd like to think that McAdoo and Sully can put together a game plan that focuses on utilizing the strengths of the remaining healthy players, instead of looking for healthy players to force a game plan.
By the way, Denver's pass rush and run defense looks good (again). What personnel do you think could best help us counter that? Might make an interesting discussion later this week.
He doesn't run those routes. Hes going to learn them in four days?
He should start. He is the best athlete the Giants have on that side of the ball and fastest and smoothest runner. Have him learn a handful of routes and lets see what he can do. Or we can just not throw to him at all like our last game.

I hope you're right but I haven't seen many signs McAdoo will stray from him trying to force his game plan instead of finding a game plan that plays to his players strengths.
is going to be as ugly as many think. You see it every year in the NFL. I know folks will kill me for this post--but it's a gut feeling. I think it's good money on us at least covering the spread and maybe even winning it.

Who said he needs to learn? Reuben Randle didn't learn them for years!

Slants. He's got to learn to run Slants. Our route tree doesn't go much further than that.
Shephard opens up another spot if he goes on the Injured Reserve list that can be reactivated.
