be surprised if Marshall is on the team next year. My guess is he's part of the enormous purge of players and coaches coming at the end of this dreadful season.

If nothing else, season ending surgery at his age, may end his career

At the same time, other than FAs leaving, I don't see an enormous purging of players.
Show of hands of those that thought we'd see a WR corp of Lewis, King, Rudolph and Ed Eagan by week 6?
There was that whole parade of mourners for Rudolph being cut... those people seem to have lost interest.
I think there's a huge difference between thinking Rudolph should have made the team as a 5th or 6th WR and him being an integral part of the game plan, lol

I agree. There wasn't much nuance at the time of cuts. Now there's even less having a handful of guys who could conceivably play this week.

Yes, but he does a lot to take care of his body, including a lot of unconventional or little known methods in his home. I wouldn't be surprised to see him come back for one more year (or more) even if not with the Giants.

The only hope I have with that purge is that Reese is the first one gone!

McConkey was sure-handed and could take a hit. He gave Parcells what he wanted but not a very dynamic returner.
Hes done as a Giant. What a disappointment
"Omaha" will be replaced by "Poughkeepsie"
Also Shep should be back in a few weeks to play slot. I also don't think Marshall was that big of a loss. OBJ however, changes how defenses play us?!

Yeah, now they can just stay home and watch the game on TV, and still beat us!

Kid has a little bit of McConkey in him!

But he does have one very obvious thing in common with Eagan. And at least he didn't say that Eagan has a little bit of Sehorn in him!
