suspension could start after their bye.
The latest motion in Ezekiel Elliott and the NFL Players Association’s legal battle with the NFL has been decided. The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans sided with the NFL and granted a stay for the injunction that was delaying Elliott’s six-game suspension, according to the Associated Press.
Elliott could begin to serve the suspension, which was handed down after a year-long investigation into domestic violence allegations made against Elliott in July 2016, after the Cowboys’ Week 6 bye. |

For FF purposes, Morris worth stashing or is McFadden the guy?
Not to worry! If he starts the suspension right after the bye, he'll back for our game.
That said, Morris is only one available in my league, so that's who I'm going with.
WHY would you care about them playing at full strength when we just lost pretty much our entire WR corps this past Sunday?
suspended a couple weeks before the season, NFLPA appeals, Elliott granted an injunction on the suspension doesn't miss any time, NFL appeals that ruling and their appeal gets kicked around conveniently until he's on a bye week, injunction vacated, NFLPA will re-appeal, and his injunction will probably be re-instated causing the NFL to have to appeal that decision and it will last until after the season.
He's not missing any time. this year at least.
