Also he had 2 years under Tom Coughlin.

Also - he already has this on his staff with Spagnuolo, a veteran coach with some previous success who si not a threat for his job.

He sucks and needs to go. The only ones that don't seem to realize this are the Maras.

too little, too late. He would have needed to do this a year ago. He's lost the team, and a mentor can't help him recover from that.

a real OC with experience in a similar offense because, as we've clearly seen, it's too much for him to be HC and basically be OC at the same time.

The Giants shift from an OC offer to the OL spot as things played out is probably what likely lost him to the Colts and there's probably only Mara to blame for that, with his known Sullivan preferences.

If not a coaching mentor, how about these guys?
