Down to the 53rd man on the roster. This team is not without talent, clearly- but also not put together the right way. The coaching staff is clueless and so is ownership, to allow this fan base to suffer this type of season, without holding accountable the key players in creating this dumpster fire. They will allow this to continue because they stand by some false- believing mo of “ how they do business” versus doing right by a fan base that deserves so much better than this. If you own a business and management causes you to basically destroy the best of what you’ve built, what do you do? Do you allow it to continue based on history or do you make a statement to your fans that we will not continue to accept this? I guess we are all in cuffs, subject to principles versus need and reality to react to mismanagement of a franchise over the last 7 years.

But...there needs to be a complete organization philosophy change.

Rflair...you seem like a Jerry lover. Any reason why? He is terrible and his team, reflects it. Not sure what the support is here but it seems unwarranted at best.

The better question for me is how long it takes him to find another GM job?
