and JJ will make an emergency joint re-appeal to Raja to reduce it to 4; if he will, Zeke serves immediately(Falcons, Eagles, Chargers,Skins) JJ drops the extend fight.
Guess the next opponent.
OR, Supreme Court(I think that's all that's left to appeal to, right?).
RE: Wasn't there something specific about the timing there
that they couldn't hear his appeal before the game so he got to play?
I thought the NFL admitted that if the appeal wasn't decided by Tuesday of that week, that he'd be allowed to play. And then subsequent court rulings leaned on that "admission" by NFL lawyers when issuing their temporary stays.
while he's waiting for his appeal to be heard. Which may not happen for another 6 weeks anyway. Or so the "experts" say. Twitter Lawyers? - ( New Window )

No, the NFL never admitted to that (it was just something the media had espoused, probably based on historical precedence). In fact, when the Tuesday deadline was first being reported, the NFL made a statement saying no such restriction existed.
Living down in Texas, I unfortunately have a few friends that are
cowboy fans. Luckily they are all level headed and are easy to talk to about both the Giants and Cowboys. Anyway, a Cowboy fan buddy of mine has a friend that is a sports writer in Dallas. Supposedly the incidents that we have heard about with EE is only the tip of the iceberg. I guess a bunch is being covered up. We talked about the one incident where EE punched a DJ in a night club in the face and ran off. It was on social media for a minute but the whole thing disappeared all of a sudden. I guess these people were paid off to make everything go away. This is a big Cowboy friend telling me this. He's not a EE fan though.
Round and round we go
Don't worry Jerruh is paying for Zeke and paying for the NFL..likely why he is suing
Ratings maybe?
Ratings maybe?
Yes opening night they had this matchup planned from the start.. marquee rivalry matchup.
Winning argument was likelihood of success NOT Zeke's irreparable harm
Guess the next opponent.
