The Giants get lucky, as the one season they totally bottom out turns out to be the year to totally do that. They jump at Rosen in 2018; he sits for two years behind Manning, then beats Davis Webb for the backup job in 2019 and assumes the starter's job in 2020.

And Graziano is on crack if thinks Bradford will still be in the league in 2020. Guy can't play a full season now!
He'd only sit for a year

Cousins to SF at $35 million a year?

Who knows anymore - I do hope they cap QB pay in the next CBA. I'm about free market, but something sits wrong with me that guys risking their brains every sunday struggle to make $5 mil over their entire NFL careers while QBs can't be tackled/hit and pull in CEO money.
I'd put it at a less than 10% chance

That the Giants draft a QB top 5 and Eli plays two more years

We might look back in 3 years and be very thankful that the Giants were bad enough to get their next franchise QB. This could be reminiscent of the Tim Duncan draft. The Spurs were expected to be a contender but David Robinson was lost for the year which secured them Duncan. Hopefully the Giants take their next franchise QB and next season they could have their most talented QB depth chart in franchise history with Eli, draft pick, and Webb. This would allow either Rosen, Mayfield, Allen, or Darnold the opportunity to develop while learning from Eli on how to prepare day in and day out. Then after next season is over the Giants can trade or release Eli.
With the direction the league is going

I'm not sure I want the next QB to be a pure pocket passer.

Half the problem now is that they can't provide Eli with a clean pocket.
Notice he’s got OBJ also bolting
