I have, and even if you're working your ass off the results are lousy. Nobody empowered to take risks, everybody just trying to survive... it's a bad situation. I see some of that in the Giants now.

Watch the coaches constantly active while he stand there with a blank stare now granted he is smartest guy east of the Mississippi but damn . Never once do you see him in game managing even during the Shepard catch he never reacted it's like Eli had to coach the guy is awestruck or something who the hell would ever want to play hard for him ? I mean yeah there Pro's yada yada he is terrible at every level press conferences post game pregame doesn't matter leave and take your menu with you .

Guys you could put god at RT, RG, OC, LG, or LT and as long as the 208 guy is behind the line you will see the same results 70+ percent of the time. Just once I would love to see our team leader show some fire out there to inspire his teammates. We are a team that can't have anything go wrong during the game or the wheels fall off. In this game that missed FG was huge after that the team was flat and nothing went right after that.

I don't want Richburg back. Flowers is one of the few guys still trying out there so he can at least come to camp and compete for T or G.
