I'm sorry? I wish we didn't extend JPP's contract, because the guy is mailing it in? Yeah, I think I could have put a little more emphasis on the offensive line the past few years?

Ummm, sorry I can’t talk right now I have to go clean out my office!
These last 6 years have been completely wasted. This may be the lowest moment in the history of the franchise and it's entirely on Reese.
I was thinking about that after the game, I have watched since 1980 and 1983 was really bad, so was the end of 2003, but this just might be the worst I have ever felt.

Don't dispair change and a good draft slot is coming.

My dislike of Reese is starting to border on the irrational. I will never be convinced that there were not many football professionals working in pro football that could have built a sustainable and competitive roster around Eli Manning.
Seriously f'off Reese

Completely on board with Bold Ruler's comment. Funny how many here (not BR) are now acknowledging what has been clear to some since at least 2013.
But Essex, 1983, I think you must have your years (decade) wrong, because Parcells had succeeded Perkins, we had Earnest Gray (grin) and some talent that would last into the mid-'80s. '83 was clearly beginning to look up, far, far from a bottom.

It's not the substance of what he would say, but the manner.
The only thing that has exceeded his incompetence over his tenure is his arrogance.
Would be nice to see him step up and own any of his garbage,
His presser after the TC firing was one of the most obscene examples of arrogance that I have ever seen.

I don't think it is fair to say it is ALL on him, as there is a lot of blame to go around. But, the bottom line is he is the architect of this team and he needs to go at this point.
in 2013 and 2014. This one's on Reese. I think this team is going to be bad for several years. it's similar to what has happened to the Bears and previously happened to the 49ers. This is not going to be an overnight fix.
I hope I'm wrong but i wouldn't bet on it.
I’m wondering if Mara said something to him..... Â
Ownership has done everything possible to spare this guy the fate he deserves. With the benfit of time history will be kind to Reese. But the Giants need to fire him and McAdoo tomorrow.

In fact, i prefer silence from the brass. Always felt that way. Dont talk to the media untill there is something to say.
If no one gets fired until the end of the season, or if no one gets fired then, I prefer ownership and the front office to stayoutside the media. I prefer that in most situations
So did Young.
Guess only good Giants GM's have the stones to face the music.
Good riddance.
The Parcells quote said it all -- Reese is gone.
No.
Usually at the byes and, perhaps, after the last games.
Hopefully we’ve heard the last of that jackass 2 weeks ago.
Ummm, sorry I can’t talk right now I have to go clean out my office!
Perfect!

Ah no, it's not, you're going to have to trust me on that one.
You should have been around for the Dark Ages...but JR can
go fuck himself too!

Correct. Reese has never talked to the press in mid season except at the bye.
My dislike of Reese is starting to border on the irrational. I will never be convinced that there were not many football professionals working in pro football that could have built a sustainable and competitive roster around Eli Manning.
I also think the previous HC was pretty good.
