I just felt like putting a list together. Feel free to add. Here is what I have so far:
Protect The Duke
Heavy-Handed

Next Question (but never answering a question)
The Whole Team Needs Me
Our QB needs to play better
You think I'm going to tell you who is calling the plays?
I'm supposed to address the team about suspensions?
Jackrabbit was excused from practice (Jackrabbit is suspended because he was not excused from practice)
We had a great week of practice.
We have practiced better than last year.
I gotta look at the tape.
Talk about a perfect metaphor... my question is how does the wife let him leave the house in that suit?? How??? You're rich! You're the HC of an NFL franchise and you can't wear a nice fitting suit? You're right that was a sign of trouble.
We're winning in practice.
This sums it up perfectly. Fuckin asshole.
“Again, we have to do one thing first. We have to take a look at the tape first. We have to figure out what went wrong. We gotta address it. We gotta fix it. We gotta move on. And we’ll talk about motivation next week. They’re pro football players. They need to be self-motivated. Everybody gets a paycheck this week. We need to go out and play that way.”
Let’s open it up.

I laugh at the winning in practice. If the offense is practicing against the defense then one of our teams (offense or defense) is losing. They can't both be winning.
If winning is showing up then we have clearly set the bar way way too low. This guy have zero cred and even less demonstrated self awareness.
Oversized suit never bothered me. Better than this slim fit bullshit we got going on today.
The first time he tossed out "Rule 53" in a post-game last year, I'm confident nobody in the room knew what he was talking about.
with an implied 'but'.....
Mcadoo actually said this in this week's presser. True story.
“We looked good in practice all week whether it was building the wall, setting the edge, and tracking the hip.”
“We looked good in practice all week whether it was building the wall, setting the edge, and tracking the hip.”
It means maintaining your leverage on the ball-carrier and not over-committing where the ball-carrier can cut back on you.
wtf?
Quote:
What does that mean? Does anyone know what tracking the hip refers to? Here’s fhe quote from today’s presser:
“We looked good in practice all week whether it was building the wall, setting the edge, and tracking the hip.”
It means maintaining your leverage on the ball-carrier and not over-committing where the ball-carrier can cut back on you.
Thanks. Is that pretty common language among football coaches these days?
Laughed audibly at that.
McAdoo is exactly like those guys.
