Mr. Mara,
I am a 50 year old lifetime Giant fan that has been going to most home games for the last 12 years.
This week has been awful for me personally. I have always loved your organization and family, always believing our standards, values and actions were a step higher than all other sports franchises. Today, I am no longer angry, but I am terribly disappointed. I feel let down like when I cheered for Tiger Woods, then found out the truth. I feel like when I cheered for Lance Armstrong, then found out the truth. Do not get me wrong, I really don't think you had bad intentions. I just think things went terribly wrong in the last week and possibly spiraled in the wrong direction.
I will not be using my tickets next week. I can't bear to watch my team get booed, or for another team's fans to dominate the building. I will not be selling my ticket either, as I do not know true fans that want attend this December and I would never give my seat to an opposing fan. My beloved nosebleed seat will remain empty.
What do I hope for? A sincere apology to the best fans in the world, and for you to take the appropriate steps to right the franchise and restore our pride in what the NY Giants stand for.
I do not know if you will ever see this, but I do feel better for writing it.
Respectfully
A lifelong fan
And fuck off Lake George...
But what exactly are you asking him to apologize fo, 2-9 or the Eli thing.
Bad seasons happen and other greater quarterbacks than Eli have not finished their careers with the same team.
Not being difficult here, just don t know what warrants an apology.
Unfortunately at 4 pm on Sunday, geno frkn smith is still going to be the QB of our beloved Giants ... while a healthy Eli sits. Keep the pen handy to write again on Monday.
McAdoo needs to be gone and a new Head Coach needs to be running this team. When you can go this long with an "offensive genius" and not put up 30 points one time, it is time to take away his genius status. I am convinced that last year was more about what Coughlin left than what McAdoo did.
I don't want Mara's apology, I want him to fix this team, the team I have loved for almost 40 years!! Let him apologize to Eli which he should!
I also included both tickets to the Cowboys, Eagles, and Skins game in the letter.
I considered ripping them in half, but then decided against it.
Lots of people angry with Mara but one nice thing about being a Giants fan is: he will probably read your letter and be impacted by it
So I guess you do not have season tickets. For those of us who pay close to $4k per year for two season tickets and they do not even put an NFL quality team on the field... yeah he fucking owes an apology and possibly a partial refund too.
It is like buying a car from a guy and having it break down two miles down the road.
The fans put their hearts and their money into the organization that Mara inherited. We deserved much much better than the slap in the face from Mara. I agree he owes the fans an apology. And if I were fortunate enough to be a season ticket holder I would do what you’re doing and what others are doing sending unused tickets back to the Giants. Bravo!

ripping them wont matter, you can just sign on to your account, email them to yourself, and still go to the game
I hope he wipes his butt with your face your fucking troll. Put it on YouTube and we can all have a well deserved chuckle.
it will most likely never see his desk, my guess is an admin will read it (maybe) and reply to it with the form letter, and stamp his signature on it and send it back.
but if it makes you feel better...you do come from the "strongly worded letter" generation.

Not really worried about a response......it's more principle thing to me.
Hopefully if enough people write and do things, he'll get the message. Or at least understand his customers aren't happy.
Obviously, he already knows that. But again, it's principle.

it's short and sweet, basically saying I'm dissapointed in how they decided to handle an iconic player.

Sending the tickets are for emphasis.....but, my tickets are actually on sale on the Exchange.
If they decided to donate them, so be it.
I wasn't going whether they sold or not.
They will get at least 1 more season.
You in particular can go fuck yourself. sucks that guys like the person who wrote this thread and myself have to see or hear from you.
