We all received bad news this past week with the Eli benching and subsequent dismantling of the Giants charm.
Today I received much worse news in the fact that my brother in law Allen is ravaged with cancer and the future looks dim at best.... Came out of no where, my sister and his children will help him fight the good fight. I'll be with him later probably during the giants game that I had no intention of watching in any manner.
Just wish that the Eli thing would have been the worse news we received this week.
The Giants are a family connector, but family is first. Eli, no matter what, will be all right. He has a terrific New York career under his belt, even if it ended today. He has family. He’s a wealthy man. He’ll be fine.
Eli bench is annoying. Not in the same category as such family news.
