After a great start and a terrible ending I squeak into the playoffs.
Pick 2 rbs
Hyde vs Hou (4th best def vs rush)
Perine vs LAC (10 worst def vs rush)
Morris @ NYG
Hunt vs OAK
Ajayi vs LAR (2 worst vs rush)
I am dropping TE Cook which TE should I pick up?
Doyle
Clay
Ricky Seals Jones
I am thinking about sitting Baldwin this week. He plays JAX. Am I crazy?
thanks.
I have a pretty strong team, but my weakness is at QB. Who should I start Matt Ryan vs Saints or Jameis Winston vs Detroit?
Sorry about the BBI league man... it was either you or me.
If you needed THREE TDs from AJ Green to get in then it probably was not meant to be in the first place
I play Matt Ryan this week so for that reason only start Winston!!

I'd go Hunt, Perine, Doyle. I'd consider benching Baldwin, but who would you be playing in his place. Keep in mind he won't see Ramsey a lot since Baldwin plays mainly in the slot.

I finished 2.1 points behind for a 3K regular season prize in my biggest league, thanks to that "holding" call that reversed the 3rd AJ Green TD last night.

meant to be or not, he made the play that would have done it for me and I got reffed instead.

and got 26 locking in my spot. Depending on how week 14 goes I’ll be the 1-3 seed.

All good, I wasnt involved much this year. Full disclosure - I didn’t even realize the settings of 3 WR and 2 RBs until halfway trough the draft. I was at my main leagues draft while doing the BBI one on the phone and treated both drafts the same (we just do 2 WRs but 2 FLEXES).
1. YAJ 1861 pts scored
2. Ronnie 1535 pts scored
3. arc 1701 pts scored
4. Kmed-1612 pts scored
5. T-Bone 1613 pts scored
6. Eric 1557 pts scored
Missed the playoffs:
Uconn 1542
pj 1494
Margi 1481
leatherneck 1533
hoya 1516
dep 1273
Great effort by dep, lol. Better luck next year ladies.

My team was awful in the BBI league, struggled all year across the board, anyone who had the top 3 draft combo of Jordan Howard, Jordy Nelson and Isiah Crowell (LOL) probably isn't going far.
It's funny to look back at drafts and see where it all fell apart.
Other two leagues much better luck.
won the regular season in one league on the back of Ben and Brown, who have been on fire lately so I have a bye.
the other league I squeaked in to the playoffs in 6th place.
My biggest debate in that league is what do I do with Mike Evans?
Do I sit him? He only had 6 targets Sunday. Before Sunday at least he was getting the bulk of the targets.
What a disappointment.
yeah cooks had three touches for 2.2 fantasy points this past week. I have Marvin Jones and Davante Adams too and I may start one of those guys over cooks just to have a safe floor.
My RB's are Gurley and Drake (with other options for Drake).
that's the league where I won the regular season.
Brees has been pedestrian for fantasy purposes.
or
Winston vs Detroit
also
Chargers vs Redskins
or
Bengals vs Bears
With my WR#2 (I had OBJ...) -- debating Amendola vs Kupp. Kupp has come on with Woods out but Philly is tough and Amendola *should* get a lot of targets with Hogan and Gronk out.
Either way, Mike Evans needs to wake the fuck up for me or my season is over. Ditto Kareem Hunt. And I need another few weeks of touchdown magic from Rex Burkhead.
So his, by far, two worst seasons out of 8 on my team.
The good news for you is since my season is now over in that league in large part because of Ryan (and Terrell Pryor/Dez Bryant) -- i'm sure he'll now go back to his 2 TDS per game average moving forward.
Hoping to get Cam Brate off waivers as Jordan Reed has to be the worst pick I've made all year. That's a helluva hamstring injury.
My other two leagues are bad. I missed the playoffs in both.
I'm the 1 seed with a bye in one of my other two leagues @ 11-2 and Rodgers stashed... I'll be a tough out in that league.
But last night was fucking infuriating. In my main league, I was sitting @ 8-4 by myself in 2nd with four 7-5 teams behind me (10 team league, 4 get in) - I had Mixon and my opponent had Boswell. I was only down 7 or so.. got to within 3 and then Mixon got hurt and didn't return.
So, instead of clinching, I fell into 5th place and now I have to beat the first place team to get in and his team is fucking loaded.
I have the players to put up big weeks in that league, but picking the right ones is difficult. This week, I had Jamaal Williams, Hilton, Westbrook and McKinnon all on my bench while guys like Perine, Mixon, Sanu and Theilen all had quiet weeks.
Well, if I knew GB was going to give Williams every single carry in regulation with Aaron Jones active - sure. Did anyone know that, though?
I still would have won if Mixon didn't get hurt. And it's not like Dallas is that strong against the run... I figured Perine would do better than 9 points.
Now I'll start Williams and they'll move to a 50/50 split and he'll lay an egg. Always how it goes.
If I get to you, perhaps... in order to utilize my Rodgers stash, I'll have to beat Eric first.

who's going to be the one to knock me out in the playoffs? I'd say the favorites are the 2 teams that beat me already - arc and T-Bone.

My team is effed up... you should not have a problem beating me this weekend

while playing Perine and Mixon (against better run defenses) is kind of on you though.

I would have played Perine/Williams. Jones didn't scare me coming back from injury this week, though I agree it's a little worrisome going forward.
I have Brady so of course Gronk is suspended.

Yep - I can't fuck this up. I'm going against a guy who has Gurley/Bell/Hunt (though Hunt has hit a major wall) and just dropped 180.
I have stronger WR's than RB's so I'm probably going to start 4 WR and 2 RB... who would you go with?
RB's -
Perine vs. LAC
J. Williams vs. CLE
J. McKinnon vs. CAR
J. Mixon (if healthy) vs CHI
WR's -
K. Allen vs WSH (will obviously start him)
A. Theilen vs. CAR (also an easy start)
J Crowder vs LAC
T. Hilton vs BUF
M. Sanu vs. NO
D. Westbrook vs SEA (love where he's trending, don't love the matchup as much)

just so many players to grow to in NE even with Hogan out. If Gronk and Hogan are out this week I like Cooks a lot but playoffs for me start next week which makes Cooks a high ceiling crapshoot again. No choice for me though, the only other WR I have (besides Hopkins) is Fuller and I don’t trust Savage. With Watson in I would start both Hopkins and Fuller but can’t do that now.

I wouldn't do that if Gronk and Hogan don't play...
QB: Brady @MIA
RB: Howard @CIN, Freeman vs NO
WR: M. Thomas @ATL, Mike Evans vs DET(?)
TE: Kelce vs OAK
Flex: D. Walker @ARI
Bench:
Mixon (short week) vs CHI
Dede Westbrook vs SEA
Aaron Jones @CLE
Cooper @KC
Corey Coleman vs GB
Free agents:
Gio Bernard vs CHI
Peyton Barber vs DET
Perine or Dion Lewis?
Is this the right order for Tight Ends:
Cameron Brate
Julius Thomas
Stephen Anderson
Tyler Kroft
Benjamin Watson
Trey Burton (If Ertz is out where would he rank out of these?)
What about Mike Evans?
Kind of fucked with him. My only realistic options to start over him are Cooper or Dede Westbrook.
I like Coopers matchup if he plays. KC secondary seems porous lately and maybe Peters on Crabtree?
In the BBI Keeper league I didn't catch the break. Finished top 3 in scoring and like my future so I'll live with it.
Tell him and his luck-driven team to bring it!

Alex Collins over Darkwa for me
My favorite league, 10-team, 5 keepers, I lost again to go 7-6, and I'm in 5th place. The best I can do is a tie for the last playoff spot by record, but I would lose the tiebreaker due to head-to-head. Considering I lost Dalvin Cook, OBJ, Deshaun Watson, and Allen Robinson in that league, and made some bad calls in holding on to Andrew Luck and Terrelle Pryor for too long, it's really not a bad season to have gone 7-6 to this point and playing myself into a chance at the playoffs. And with my keepers and my trade for the #1 overall pick, (2 first rounders next year, to boot) I should be set up for next year very nicely. I will likely keep Watson, Dalvin Cook, Joe Mixon, and two out of Josh Gordon, Derrick Henry, Jordan Howard, Doug Baldwin, and Travis Kelce. Looking forward to potentially taking Saquon Barkley #1 overall, and then have to see where I land and who might be available for my other first rounder next year.
In another 10-team standard league I am in 3rd place at 7-6, tied with the 4th place guy on record, and we play each other this week...there are 3 other teams at 6-7, so whoever loses may be out of the playoffs. We both have much better teams than our record would indicate. I really, REALLY want to win this week and put him out, as he's my brother-in-law, and this league is my best chance at a nice payout this year.
In one .5 PPR, 12 team league, I clinched and playoffs start this week. I have a pretty good team but a tough opening draw as I didn't secure a bye. I will probably ask for some help making lineup decisions because this one is a doozie.
In my other .5 PPR, 12 team league, I have been eliminated, but I knew it was coming after losing Watson and the 'Zeke suspension. However, I made a really good trade and if I win the #1 pick through the consolation bracket, I will be able to pick Antonio Brown to go with my two keepers, which, barring catastrophic injury, will be 'Zeke and David Johnson. Looking forward to next year!
In two non-money leagues, I am in first place in one and second in the other. Teams are pretty stout...one is just a weak-ass internet, NFL.com league though but the other is with a group of friends that has a trophy and a punishment for last place. I'm looking to repeat in that league and that is the league I am in first place. Decent showing this year but really disappointed that I don't have more chances for money...all my eggs are in two baskets.
