Giants will practice on Friday this week under interim HC Steve Spagnuolo. Under McAdoo (and Coughlin at the end) they had recovery days on Friday and then a "lauch" practice on Saturdays.
Not sure if this has been mentioned much on BBI yet, but I for one am very happy to see Spags get this chance. He was a huge part of 2007 and if this is going to be his last month with the organization, I'm glad he gets a chance to man the helm.
It's probably not the likely outcome, but I do think Spags will get an honest opportunity to be the next head coach. I can't imagine ownership is expecting him to work any miracles, but if the team comes out and plays inspired football, and players like JPP (who has been playing when he feels like it) flips the switch, maybe Spags actually gets the nod. I know for many this would not be the clean sweep you wanted, but if Spags comes out and earns the job, then so be it. He has a lot of what Giants like in a Head Coach.
Steve Soagnuolo should be under no consideration for the permanent job, even if he wins all four . If the new coach wants him back as DC, given his moth-eaten resume , so be it. If he's that stupid .
If he wins 3, Mara will keep him. 2 is a 50/50. Fear this development .
been smoking the dragon, dragon?
Its kind of hard to believe the team went from a focus on preparation and practice under Coughlin, to taking Fridays off with MacAdoo. No wonder they always looked so unprepared.

They started this under Coughlin.

Do other teams not practice not Fridays?

Thank you. My mistake

Honestly I’m not really enamored with any of the coaching names being floated right now. If the team comes out and plays hard/competes the rest of the year and the new GM signs off on him, so be it.
WHAT THE FUCK?
Or rather a short term reaction due to the HC change of the last week?
Yeah and he was horrible. The team declined in just about every offensive category. Granted they went from mediocre to terrible, but a decline all the same. McDaniels is fools gold - only successful in NE.

A Benedict Arnold his response should have been my GM and Head coach can’t walk the green mile and I remain safe. We started this together we need to finish this mission or dream together. However he was offered a chance to become Head coach a sure lie but one only a fool would believe.
WHAT THE FUCK?
This guy is a loon. He's been crying in his baby formula since McAdoo was fired, and openly wished for Eli to break his neck in the Dallas game. He's a piece of trash who has no business posting here.
BM had Fri & Satur flipped, which annoyed the players.
