the cup holders bigger because the souvenir cups barely fit in there and are tough to take out. Otherwise, everything is awesome, I wonder why they are asking.
I happen to like the stadium. Sitting in the mezzanine, the sightlines are far superior to those in the old stadium. The complaints I read about the color of the seats and exterior are laughable. And the cost? Nobody seems to realize construction costs in the NY metro area are far more than other area such as Dallas or Atlanta. So naturally you get less for your $.

They spent all the money on the pricey seats so while the mezzanine has a dedicated entrance like the club seats on the 50 at field level, the lower and upper levels and shoehorned into a series of switch back escalators (unlike the old stadium). So you get in and out faster. You also have dedicated bathrooms, that the lesser among us cannot access so your lines are shorter. Of course that comes with preferred parking for easier in and out and closer parking to the stadium, again not like the old stadium.
Since the vast majority of people attending games don't sit the mezz or the club seats, its easy to see why most people don't like the stadium like me who sits in the second to last row in sec 348 for more than I ever paid in the old stadium.
Understand your point of view. For the record, I do not have club seats. I sit in the end zone and I park almost on Paterson Plank road and take a shuttle bus, so there go those theories. I also have to go up or down an escalator to get to my seats because the clubs block my ability to just walk around the mezz. Level to get to my seats. All in all it is still superior to the old stadium and had no problem paying for my PSL.

After the shit-show of this year.
They won't. But they should.
There's actually some merit to conducting a survey when your customers are least satisfied - you tend to get more constructive responses.
His problem was he couldn’t win playoff games but I think I would like to get to the playoffs regularly and take my chances.
Lots of good coaches who can’t win playoff games.
