Finally, a win in 2nd of back-to-backs last night. Take positives wherever we can get them. Career-high for Allen, the kid’s showing great promise as an interior force. RHJ and Caris becoming so steady every night. Second half of season will be very interesting with Okafor (Wednesday) and Russell (mid-Jan.?) coming soon. Really interested to see what we can get out of Jah. As always, small steps with this team but as K. Irving said about Nets the other night, “they really make you work hard for 48 minutes. Tremendous energy.” Can’t ask for much more than that. Just staying the course with Atkinson and Marks. Get me to 30+ wins this year and I’ll be a happy man.
Not to mention, it worsens Boston's pick, which is the smallest bit of retribution after the biggest trade rape in quite some time (maybe ever).
most glaring need for the system.
Allen and Levert have seen great development
I think they are going to trade Harris for a stretch 4. Harris and a 2nd for DJ Wilson would appear to be a trade that fills needs for both teams.
I love the way the roster is composed. Marks managed to compile a really nice blend of guys with little to no assets. It's still early, but both of his first round picks (LeVert and Allen) look like steals compared to where they were drafted.
I'd be very content going into next season by just adding in the draft and not really adding any moderate to big names in free agency.
The one player/situation to keep on eye on is what's going to happen with Jabari Parker. In this system, I think he can really develop in a top-level stretch 4. The injury history is concerning, but he fits the timeline age wise. Milwaukee is going to have a tough decision to make.

yeah if they bring back Okafor and Stauskas, they basically have the roster set with the first round pick - and given the consistent development shown I'd be ok with that. They could easily waive or trade Zeller or Whitehead to make room for another addition and as you mentioned a stretch 4 would help a lot. Parker would be interesting if they could get him on some kind of prove it deal, but signing him long term would be risky. Too bad Orlando would match anything on Gordon.
It would be awesome if Washington implodes this year and they deal us Porter for Carroll to save money, similar to Portland last year.
