Terrific win last night vs. a very good T-Wolves team. No Caris and Carroll gutting it out with bad ribs but they still get the W. Dinwiddie was the star: 26 pts. plus the game-winner. Great perimeter D held Minny to ONE 3 the entire game. Up 5 with 3 mins. to go, they lose the lead, and this is the sort of game they would always blow in the past but maybe now things are finally changing. One thing’s for sure: this team is no longer a pushover. Nobody likes playing a team that’s constantly in your face for 48 mins. Man, they are becoming scrappy and fun to watch. BOS, DET and TOR next at home so more tests coming. Still a long ways to go with these guys but Atkinson and crew are a hungry and gritty bunch. My favorite kind of sports team.
Certainly a fun team to watch

They're young and energetic and play hard. This team is on the rise and even though they're likely to miss the playoffs, management is righting the ship.

There's going to be some interesting decisions to make once this team is at full strength. Does Levert get his minutes when Russell comes back? What to do with Dinwiddie (he has to play IMO)? Will Harris continue to get more minutes (I am very disappointed in Crabbe's lack of shooting this year, so I hope so)? Can Allen and Okafor provide enough scoring down low without slowing down the rest of the offense.

In the meantime, I'm enjoying this team for the first time in a while.

IMO, these are good problems to have. The team will have options and I have faith in Atkinson and co. to make the right decisions.

Tough loss. Very questionable calls at the end against the nets on both offense and defense. Have seen objective NBA watchers losing it over this one as well, so I don’t think this is usual rose colored viewing.

This team is heading in a very positive direction. Tonight’s loss is especially frustrating because, as a fan, you feel like they deserved the win and the acknowledgement from the NBA community that would come with beating the league’s number one team and winning four of five.

But, that’s not quite how things work. Love the defense the last few games - keep grinding young Nets.

Hope Carroll’s injury is just a tweak.
another frustrating one from the zebras

dinwiddie fot assaulted by ibaka... no call.

team is playing well and hard, but not getting rewarded in the end. good to see crabbe show a pulse.
3 one point games in a row against good teams and crappy refs

they deserved to go at least 2-1. Dinwiddie is a stud. Playing a little too much hero ball but that's what they need until Russell and Levert are healthy. He should remain starting PG with Russell, Levert as 6th man.

Really hope they can keep up this defensive intensity the rest of the season. If they do playoffs might not be impossible.
The Nets are on the way up.

Boston made the right move dumping that pick to the Cavs before the season.
