....McDaniels and Patricia and between the two of them, who will be the best future NFL head coach?
Are these guys good with the Boston media? Are they respected by the fan base? Are they dreading losing them up there, or is it merely plug and play the next coordinators under Little Bill and they won't miss a beat?
Give me the guy who's at least done it before
I don't mean to be dismissive of the question, but the no-nothing nature of a typical Patriots fan cannot be overstated. Most of the media covering them is similarly bad.
I guarantee you that these guys think the Pats coordinators are the best in the league right up until the point they leave the team, in which case they were just Belichick's puppets.
Most believe it will come to an end when either leaves, most likely crashing when both are gone.
None that I know are confident in either McDaniels or Patricia outside the Belichick/Brady umbrella.
They have the perfect coach/GM and QB for their system.
Done what before - run a team into the ground?

+1
As for the OP on the Boston media...No one can speak to the OC/DC or coaches, everything funnels through BB. Only once during Preseason and then in the Playoffs when the league mandates the DC/OC availability. It's just like in the days of Big Bill...one voice.
