Value chart for draft pick trades...

That’s Gold, Jerry : 1/31/2018 9:51 am
Does anyone know how to get a hold of this or if it exists somewhere?
Ever since

the new slotted draft pick pay scale the old draft chart went out the window. Don't know why everyone keeps posting and talking about it
.
pjcas18 : 1/31/2018 9:53 am : link
still used per PFT
pjcas18 : 1/31/2018 9:57 am : link
but this revised chart is more used:

If Cleveland wants #2

For their QB and Barkley, a return of #4, #33 and #65 would be fair value and a nice return.

#4 plus 2 2's and 2 3's including the first pick in rounds 2 and 3 would be great.
I. Would do it.

If the RB turns out great people will fry the idea. But still feel all those picks can be used to effect the W/L in many other ways.

Then, unless there is a player we love ...
swap out to #10 or less to get either a couple #2 or a #2 and a #1 next year.
Those charts are just a baseline ....

But once you get into a situation where multiple teams want your pick, the price goes up. Plus the price can go up if a team is desperate enough or so in love with a player they will pay a premium.
If Cleveland offers #4,#33, and #65 and Giants say nah. The price
wgenesis123 : 1/31/2018 11:10 am : link
just went up and Cleveland has to decide if they want to pay it.
If the Giants trade with Cleveland...

It will be up and not down.
Per the Hill chart

its much cheaper for a team...especially top 10..to move up to Indy than us.
If Denver or Jets had to it'd only be the swap of spots and an added 3rd for Denver and 3rd and 4th for the Jets.
A similar move to us is a 1&2 + from D or 1+2+3 from Jets.

Your number don't add up. According to the Hill chart, Denver's 1, 2, and 3 add up to 700.86. Jets 1-4 add up to 707.95. Both totals fall short of the 717.17 value of our pick
LOL

and it doesn't always add up its close enough.
They

throw in a case of cold ones for the 7 extra points :)
No way

You have to overpay, never underpay when it's the top of the draft and it involves a franchise QB, pay attention and you would know that. Just look at the past and tell me again how you would even be remotely close.

This is most likely correct, IMO; and "if" is still the key word.

I added an extra pick from each team just to get it close. His numbers were way off
