The Vikings are still planning to talk to Eagles QB coach John DeFilippo about their offensive coordinator job, according to a league source.
I think this has been the hold up with Stefanski Â
I think Stefanski is Shurmur's top choice but he wants to see if he is offered the OC job with Minnesota first. Minnesota wants to interview DeFilippo before they decide.

I saw what you were getting at, and I too did not think of the quarterback situation in Minnesota. I think it is all but decided that Eli Manning is going to be the starting quarterback game 1 for the Giants

Yea, who knows, but I just thought it was odd that he singled Duce out. Maybe he was just the closest at the time?!
