but there isn't a magic pill for it. It takes a lot of work, core strengthening, and lifestyle change.
My posture 6/7 years ago was horrendous. I below my back out and then had to change everything. Its not perfect, but lightyears better than what it was.
Try not to slouch or have your shoulder pulled forward and rounded. Many people with poor posture just let their muscles go slack, which puts a lot of strain on their ligaments and puts their spine into a position that increases the risk of lower back issues.
Just be aware of it and fix it when you notice your posture is bad.
IIRC, its an Australian actor who lost the use of his voice due to bad posture. He retrained his body to gain his voice and health back. He developed a whole method that some people follow and all.
Anyway, its a thing... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alexander_Technique
I had a pinched nerve in my back a year ago, and my chiropractor had me doing small muscle exercises that helps strengthen muscles in the back. I also wore one of those contraptions to keep my shoulders back. It can be done, but it takes a lot of discipline. I’m still always catching myself slouching.

or hold its breath for more than 5 minutes
or bend its legs over its back
or permanently move its teeth into alignment
it can be conditioned to change its posture as well. just takes discipline and time.
