Do they count the victory formation?

Those snaps at the end of the game when they are "playing out" the last seconds.

Obviously that wouldn't have much effect on the Giants' ratios for 2017.

For the prospects or the Giants? I'm pretty sure the victory formation is a non-factor for the Giants last year.
I feel like this is a slightly overrated

factor in QB success. As long as they have decent feet, taking snaps under center shouldn't be that difficult.
Some spread college QBs who've found success in the league in the last few years:
Deshaun Watson
Jared Goff
Marcus Mariota
Cam Newton
Alex Smith
Joe Flacco
Drew Brees
It's a factor to consider, but it wouldn't be that high on my list unless I needed a day 1 starter.

Many college are running NFL concepts out of the shotgun. I consider these numbers pretty insignificant.
