I'm actually starting to believe he is aggressively bad at his job. He's a professed Giants fan and has always been tough on the team, which I've felt has been over-compensation: He killed us for the 2016 signings of Jenkins, Snacks, and Vernon. And to be clear, he didn't kill us for being in the position to need to do that--which is a fair criticism--but for the signings themselves.
Per below, I feel like he's unnecessarily critical of everything NFL teams do. In short, I do not respect his analysis at all. I had stopped reading him but clicked on the below article to give him another chance. I think his analysis is bad. The Giants deserve better than a "C" for trading inconsequential picks for a good LB when they're moving from a 4-3 to a 3-4. The Browns deserve more than a B- for trading for Tyrod Taylor, whom Barnwell has defended extensively on Twitter.
I think I'm at the point of just ignoring this guy altogether. What say you BBI? Am I being too tough?

haha he's pretty bad on television too
At least Kiper is knowledgeable. His opinions on ability may be off, but he accumulates a lot of raw data and uses it to make his case. He is passionate and revels in the detail.
Guys like Barnwell are lazy and just make shit up to fit their narrative. There are many on this board that know more than he will ever know about the Giants.
