It seems FA was recently always on a Monday (I could be wrong) so the tampering period was always on the weekend. But now FA is on a Wednesday, I think, so maybe it starts Monday.

All so confusing lol. One year it's at midnight, then I thought at some point 4pm was a start time, and now noon EST.
Despite this inconsistency, this time of year is always interesting. And there are some teams with a lot of $ to spend. Just hoping we get some Oline help.
