I do not know the scouting or PFF ratings of Jones but Jones was there for the impoved results and msybe spending funds on guards has a higher return.

If he’s our 4th or 5th best OLineman, we’ll be fine.
There aren’t too many Tackle-to-Tackle stud OL out there. Maybe one or two.
Most of the better OL have studs mixed in with average Joe-types who don’t blow anyone away but don’t get in the way. Jones is that kind of guy.
