Seeing that Steve Tisch is NY Giants West, I presume he's pretty familiar with Rosen and might even be a UCLA fan. Any possibility that could influence thinking about Rosen?
so no, he'll have little influence other than giving his opinion of Rosen's personalty and commitment to football from their dinner together prior to his pro day.
RE: Tisch doesn't know the football side of the Giants...

I'm not sure that's entirely true. Certainly, John Mara runs the club day to day, but I got the impression that Tisch wasn't happy about Eli's benching, and was deeply involved in the departure of McAdoo and Reese.
;-)
But seriously, I think if a guy owns and helps run a football team, he must have some opinion about a notable hometown QB.
But I don't think they celebrate the same holidays...
True, forgot USC is in LA also. Any remarks from Tisch about either QB?

Based on?
God I hope not. Otherwise we will be looking for another QB in a few years when Rosen retires.

No but Tisch and Rosen are both member of the secret cabal that controls the world so...
