"I'm done. That's it. It's been a long career," Incognito told the Buffalo News. "Went to the doctor. My liver and kidneys are shutting down. The stress is killing me. It's just about doing what's right. I just want to be in the Hall of Fame." |
I was thinking the same.
Yup!
Lol... exactly right.

No matter. Either way another example of how a career in the NFL shortens lives.
For all The attention the head Trauma situation gets the high risks
They linemen face due to large body mass, diabetes, and hypertension are swept under The rug at best. Demetia and all the risks associated with CTE are horrible. But are leg amputations, serious issues related hypertension and diabetes are ok though. I mean dialysis is fun. Ulcers and sound issues are nothing.
The myopia people have of all the dangers these guys face due to their weight and position should be Cause for outrage as the CTE issue I guess it's not sexy enough to make Movie about
BUF is going to very bad in 2018....getting a first rounder from them in 2019 is a major GET if they trade

Wait, what?
If the Giants do trade with Buffalo, I would not do it unless Buffalo had acquired the 5th or 6th (more likely) pick.
We would need the 6th, 22nd, and next years # 1.
It would cost us pick #2, and our 3rd rounder in 2019.
Its a steep price, but history has shown that is about the value to get pick # 2.
And my answer is YES, I would make that trade if it was on the table.
But he will come back for the right price though..
Serviceable starter.
