They compile over 100 of them (and update regularly) and break out the percentages of players chosen for each team.
They've done this in the past in pie chart form, but this year's version (where you click to expand bar charts) is a lot easier to use.

What does that mean?
i think the poster you quote here is implying that the percentages are a bit misleading. 18% would choose Rosen but probably most of those predict Darnold to go first. If all mockers were presented with the scenario that Darnold would go first the pct for Rosen might be much higher. These aggregate pcts are misleading for this reason.
