if he’s going to save the Yankees the way some of you think he is. Look forward to seeing him get called up. But that alone won’t save a rotation that can barely give us 6 IP a night or a bullpen that walks 3 guys an inning

Is it a rotation that can barely give us fhe innings, or at least partially a manager who refuses to let them. I know a few guys got roughed up their last time out. But,Boone has shown too quick of a hook, even this early in the season, in my opinion. He will have no pen in late August.

Yup good point I’m with you - this auto-hook after 90 pitches isn’t sustainable.
against Kopech today and beat up the pen. Let's not get too excited just yet. He is worth waiting for and we have had bigger issues.
Agree. He needs to marinate a while longer at SWB. He struggled with big league/near big league pitching during Sprint Training. I'm for the team building him up by giving him more time to completely knock off the rust while seeing more at bats against AAA pitchers. Plus, Boone said in an article yesterday that although Gleybor is doing well, there are still issues with his hitting mechanics that they want to work out.

It is cold out. Once that arm cools off a few times, it is more susceptible to injury, especially CC and Tanaka.
Since this thread started, he's gone 3/8 with 3 RBIs over two games. Â
According to RAB as of Wednesday, the Yankees will have gained another year of control. So, do we see him on Wednesday? I sure hope so. Link - ( New Window )

Hopefully to catch a ride to the Bronx, and not an injury
heard that - "precaution" - let's hope so.
Not pulled to come up, but no one is saying he's not coming up soon either.
