Put your best guesses here... will be fun to see who comes closest.
Here are my Top 3:
(1) He stays put at #2 and goes QB;
(2) He cluster drafts offensive lineman between Rounds 2 - 4;
(3) Drafts either a punter or kicker.
Any guesses count... choose a player; choose a round; choose a trade; choose anything you want!
Thanks in advance.
CB early, S mid portion and a developmental guy late at DB.
3 DB drafted if we add a pick or two.
That being said, two things really hurt the trade down scenarios.
1) The broncos getting Keenum. They're not desperate for a QB and can stay at 5 and take one or add a barkley/chubb/nelson and easily win their division next year.
2) The jets being one of the teams in the top 6. Call it stupid, say whatever you want but whatever the normal asking price would be for the giants to drop from 2 to 6 gets enhanced when considering that they share a stadium with the jets. The giants would have to absolutely be floored with a deal to help aid the jets in getting their elusive franchise QB.
Ultimately, I think buffallo shows enough restraint that the giants arent willing to drop from 2 to 12. They'll take darnold/barkley in that order.
Trade down in round 2 and pick up another 4th round pick, grab BPA OC and if we got QB at 2 then look to draft Rashad Penny with our 2nd round pick (Would only do this if Hernandez is off the board as I would take him if still available).

Chances are now if Den was to trade up it would be for Barkley
