not very smart to do this... particularly when the team you just signed with has a top 3 player in the league... a 2nd round pick last year who played pretty well... and just invested two draft picks... all at your position... and that's not even counting any of the other incumbents from last year.

Chances are pretty good this guy doesn't even make it on the team. Then what's he gonna say?

This was my thought. Like, dude, you’re a journeyman that has not proven worthy of a starting job on any nfl team to date and you’re going to open your mouth about a previous employer??? When you inevitably get cut by the Giants other teams will want no part of someone who shows he’s not opposed to lashing out at the prior employer. And after all the locker cancers and leaks we dealt with last year??? They are probably going to look to jettison this guy before he can even get his locker unpacked.
